Election of the Board of Directors
A Nominating Committee is chaired by the outgoing president, and made up of individuals chosen by him/her who are not eligible for nomination. Their proposed slate of officers is announced at the March General Membership meeting. Additional nominations may be made from the floor at the April meeting, by any member in good standing. The annual election shall be held at the regular May Membership meeting.
