Local Youth Council
Plans are in the works to develop a Palm Beach County League of Cities' Youth Council Board, representing municipal youth from across our membership area. Once seated, these youth will help implement ideas and best practices shared at the FLC & NLC conferences youth programs and help instill involvement and solution oriented thinking toward local community issues.
YODEL Youth Delegates
Since 2007, we have sent selected area youth to the annual Florida League of Cities and National League of Cities conferences to network, learn and participate with their peers from accross the country. We are developing ways to capitalize on these invigorated youth delegate attendees and steer them to community action and involvement here at home in Palm Beach County.
Get Involved
We encourage all the youth participants involved in one of our programs so far to get involved, as well as invite other youth to learn about and benefit from the new programs we offer. Please contact the League with your ideas and comments as we develop these new and exciting opportunities investing in our future leaders!
